A cozy capitol micro-wedding.

I met up with Aneta + Eli for their ceremony on a cool, rainy Tuesday in March. Inside the capitol building, it was bright and warm! We started out with a first look, and then we headed upstairs for a private vow reading. It was so lovely to capture them reading their personalized promises to one another. After a few happy tears, we took a some portraits, and then went back downstairs to meet up with their families for family portraits. Aneta's family travelled all the way from their home country, the Czech Republic, to celebrate this special event!

Next, it was time for the ceremony, and Aneta's dad walked her to Eli. The couple exchanged their rings and a kiss, and then it was official! We were able to pop outside quickly for a few photos while the rain held off, but it started up again shortly after, so we quickly made our way back inside. Then the two were off to go enjoy a dinner with their families. Aneta + Eli plan to hold a larger celebration + ceremony in the Czech Republic this fall with all of their friends and family. I can't wait to see the photographs from that! I'm so happy for them, and I'm glad they chose to include me for this part of their love story. Congrats to A+E!
