Leah + Shane's Maternity Session
2020 has been quite the year, to say the least, but Leah & Shane are making the absolute most out of it! This year, they bought a new house, are having a baby, and getting married. Amazing!
A few weekends ago, I went to see their new house for the first time, which by that point, they had already renovated pretty much every room. It is so cute and cozy! After a tour, we headed downtown in Columbus to find blooming trees for Leah's maternity photos. We also stopped by the old governor's mansion for some more photos nearby. Then we met back up with Shane at the house, who was still hard at work tiling the back-splash in the kitchen with Leah's parents. We took some photos in front of their home, that they had just painted a lovely shade of blue. Finally, we walked down to the river near their house to catch the sunset.
We spent the rest of the evening by the fire with Leah's parents, their adorable dogs, and some well-earned drinks. Leah & Shane are due in just three short weeks. I am SO excited to meet their little guy, and I can't wait to visit them again for the newborn session!
